Stefan H. Norberg

Stefan H. Norberg has had many management roles within the beverage industry in Scandinavia, within beer, wines and spirits as well as developing distribution networks. He has been active in the beverage industry for the last 15 years.

Stefan was part of the management team that developed SBG (Scandinavian Beverage Group) to be one of the leading Nordic importers of international beverage brands. He established companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark as well as Finland. His focus has been in strategy development, business planning and its implementation.

During the 7 years within SBG Stefan had many executive roles such as Managing Director of Bibendum, a fully Nordic importer specialised in the wine and spirits segment. Other roles that he has filled are Managing Director of Ølcompagniet (Norway) and Chairman of Interbev and Ancrona (Sweden). Stefan was also part of the Executive Management team as Senior Vice President Norway of Altia 2005 - 2007 after the acquisition of SBG.

He has also gained experience as a brewery owner and executive in the brewery industry. Stefan has a degree from Oslo business School.

Stefan lives in Asker, just outside Oslo, with his wife and 3 young boys.

Jochum Wilen

Jochum (Jack) Wilen is the 5th generation of his family in the wine & Spirit business. He started first as a Product Manager at the Wilen family company in 1993. He has a solid background in the Finnish alcohol business, with strong emphasis in marketing and brand building. Consistently developing new and exiting products to brands.

Scoring continuously high marks in leading the staff has made him a great team leader. Experienced in handling international accounts (Gallo, Vina San Pedro, Fosters, Torres, Seagrams etc.). Jack moved to Solera Finland in October 2006 and has been heading the company since April 2007.

Jochum is part of the Executive Managemet Team of Solera Wine & Spirits Group.

Michelle Hoad Vik

Michelle has a BA(hons) in Advertising Management from the UK. Michelle is English and moved to Norway in 2002.

Before coming to Norway she worked in London, working with Marketing for British Airways, then moving to the advertising and promotions industry.
It was in the agency business that she got her taste for beers and wines working with Budweiser and Southcorp wines. Michelle comes to us from Bibendum AS (Altia Corporation) in July 08. In Bibendum Michelle worked with all the strong brands, such as William Grant & Sons, Koskenkorva, Constellation, Bodegas Faustino and Fosters Group.

Her position in Solera is as a Business Development Manager, working not only on a group level with the Solera marketing strategy, but also within each of the import companies as and when needed.
