CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – CSR:
Our vision is to become the most Sustainable Company in the industry. At Solera Beverage Group we define Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as Sustainable Development. In support of our vision, we have defined CSR strategically. Our CSR actions are defined within three areas;
1. Financial Growth. At the very core is our business, without a successful, predictable and sustainable business we cannot invest in building a sustainable organization. We shall continue to grow with social and environmental consciousness.
2. Social Accountability. We are active members of BSCI and continuously engage with our suppliers in order to ensure human rights and a sound work environment. As BSCI Members our producers are annually audited on social accountability by an independent and certified third party. We are also aware that we as a major actor in the Nordic Market have an obligation to promote responsible alcohol consumption.
3. Environmental aspects have been defined for our business and we hold an Environmental Diploma based on ISO 14001´s principles. Our environmental efforts are revised annually by external auditors. We are also committed to increase the volumes of Ecological/Organic wines.
